Oven-Roasted Corn on the Cob


Holy crap, this was super easy and ridiculously good.

Oven-Roasted Corn on the Cob (adapted minimally from Tyler Florence)

4 ears corn

Preheat oven to 350. Rinse corn (still in its husks).

Put ears of corn on the oven rack and roast for about 30 minutes or until it’s the texture you like.

As a bonus, the silk is super easy to remove once it’s cooked and the husk makes a great handle!
